On January 26, 2013 the Lady Spartans Elite AAU 6th grade team took first place at the Sierra College Middle School Tournament. We were a filler team for a middle school that dropped out last minute. This team lead by their Assistant Coach Eric, took the opportunity very seriously and went 3-0 to take 1st place. They beat Olympus Middle School, Granite Oaks Middle School, and in a nail biter barely beat Twelve Bridges Middle School by 4pts in the championship game.
