The Lady Spartans is an AAU girls' basketball program serving the youth of Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, and Sacramento area. Rosters are forming now for our 2025 season. Team sites have been launched, and tournament and practice schedules are being finalized and will be published shortly. Below you will see a list of our tentative tournament schedules.
Our youth girls' basketball program is designed to give the girls the best competitive environment. Along with our competitive rosters we have coaches that provide positive reinforcements and encouragements along with clear expectations and guidance. Our Lady Spartans is trained and instilled with, confidence, competitiveness, and teamwork. They continue to be some of the top players in the area and at their perspective schools. We pride ourselves in developing these young ladies to be the best they can be both on and off the court.
