The Lady Spartan are the girls AAU teams for Premier Basketball Academy. Rosters are set for our Summer season. Team sites have been launched and practice schedules have been finalized and published. Below we have listed out our tetnative tournament schedules.

The Lady Spartans 6th grade team welcomes Ashley, Emersyn, Jasmine, and Kristina to the family. The girls took home another 1st place finish this weekend.

Another great victory for our 5th/6th grade girls. Game one was against Lady Splash. They gave us a run for a money and it is always fun to play them. We pulled it off with a 3 point win with our Titan press. The second game of the day we played Rocklin Thundercats Wild Chics. Our Lady Spartans started strong and ended even stronger. We defeated the Thundercats 27 to 2. The last game of the day we played Warlords who are grade older than us. They are a great team with a lot of great guards and made us work for our 12 point win. Great job Lady Spartans! This was the last tournament for the summer season. We look to continue great team work and more tournament wins to come.

Tournament Summary
Lady Spartans 5th girls won their first tournament this weekend. They started the tournament with aggressive team defense from the start and never let up. Game one was a team we had originally lost to by 7 pts in our previous tournament, but we learned from our mistakes and came back this tournament to beat them by 10pts! Our second game was an exciting game with the Lady Spartans keeping their composure and pulling it off in the final minutes to win by two points. Kayla knocked in the final shot to seal our game two victory. The third game was a close game tied at 14 at the half, but in the final 2 quarters the Lady Spartans blew open a 20 plus point lead when they applied the "Titan" press to perfection. Highlights- Team defense by the entire group was the key to our second half run. Natalie had 12 points and Kalyna had 13 points to help seal our first tournament victory.
