Welcome to the Lady Spartans Elite AAU competitive basketball teams. We are a year-round girls' basketball program base in Placer and Sacramento County in Northern California and have been competing locally and out of state tournaments since 2008. Participating on these teams helps players expand on their basic and advanced basketball skills sets, helping them take their game to the next level. We also include speed, quickness, agility and strength training consistently to all of our teams.Our staff and coaches are former players who have turned their passion for basketball into teaching our youth how to reap the same benefits and rewards from competitive sports. We strive to push each and every athlete to be the best possible competitor they can be.
This season we will be offering Sunday Skills training with Coach Nate. Training will be in small groups only and will be set by skill levels and experience. If you are interested in the training, you can email us at spartanselite1@gmail.com.

2024 AAU Season is fast approaching. If your daughter is interested in joining, please fill out the tryout request form on this website. Tryouts will be open to 7th to 11th grade.
